Dear Resident, 


Timeless Properties Detroit is a small property management company dedicated to working with tenants on all their apartment living needs. As such, we are often "out of the office" and cannot answer the phone, very often this is because we are with other tenants. As a reminder, we want to know the best ways to contact us:


APPFOLIO - AppFolio should be the main way in which you contact us for everyday issues.


  • MAINTENANCE - All maintenance issues need to be reported through your AppFolio resident portal, this is the site where you login. RESIDENT LOGIN . Please report any issues in your unit as well as the building in general.
  • RENT - Your rent, or portion of the rent, should be paid using AppFolio. Your ledger is posted online and reflects your balance. This is the same login as maintenance.


EMAIL - If you have questions about something regarding maintenance, rent or otherwise that you can't answer above, please email us. 



PHONE - If something is urgent, call us.

  • Please note that we cannot always answer our phones. It is important that you leave a message. Sometimes our reply will be with email rather than a phone call back. 


AFTERHOURS - In the event of an emergency such as a fire, a flood, or blood related incident, please call our afterhours phone number.


  • The number is: (313) 488-2851
  • This phone number is only to be used when there is a real emergency. It is NOT the maintenance number, and it should not be used during regular working hours of 9:00a-5:00p Monday through Friday.
